Scott Keller is the person that assisted me. You couldn't do any better. He was very responsive, patient, timely, and knowledgeable. I had his cell, he returned calls and worked outside of normal hours all the time. I expect customer service to be friendly and helpful, it is nice when they can take care of everything due to their knowledge and you don't have to get shifted around to a lot of people.
