Rick Rowlin worked on my Home refinance to help me get money out of my equity. He was nice, respectful and straight to the point. He never let anyone give me the run around. We started off really well and we had a hiccup with the appraisal. It turned out to be a lot lower than we planned. So Rick put in a request to the VA to have the appraisal approved to be higher. It took a few weeks but Rick pulled it off and we were back on track to finish the refinance. Honestly this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any loan officer. I will definitely use Rick again in the future and I highly recommend him.
