Booked on line with minor issue with link to T's & C's. Phoned George late at night and was sent T's & C's shortly afterwards. I had total support and guidance throughout my rental period. I am very impressed with the great value for money, top quality storage box. it was great to see such a clean storage area. The guidance video made things so easy on entering secure site and for operating the lock up. My Direct Debit cancellation and refund for unused days is most welcome and hats off to the Company for being so efficient in the return of this.
