Amazing, hassle-free experience. From the initial sign up, the staff were reactive and helpful. I had no issues getting my keys, accessing the site or visiting my storage container. Once i had finished with my container, i simply scanned my keys and posted them through the box, emailed customer services and got a reply within minutes confirming all was okay.
Would highly recommend it. Great communication, staff and processes.
The site was very secure as well. Well lit, CCTV all around and high rise gates with electronic gates.
