I was extremely pleased with the storage and the service that Locbox offered. Nothing was too much for George and he was always helpful and always replied to emails, texts and phone calls. Even when I learnt that he had replied to a question while on his "stag-do". Definitely over and above the call of duty, but greatly appreciated as I needed a speedy reply. Setting up my account with them was easy and even ending my contract and direct debit was hassle- free. My money was refunded without any questions for the time I had paid for but not used. Something you never know will actually happen when taking out the contract. But it did with no problems. Everyone I dealt with was most helpful and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again when I need further storage.
