I've been scammed. Called the number...no answer. Got a call back pretty quick. Scheduled a time the same day. Said Roy was the tech. He came and said I needed to unplug the fridge for 24 hrs for it to defrost. Paid $100.00.....I'm on day 3 and no return of the tech. Not to mention off work for 3 days. Be careful!!!!!!
