Haven't received my order yet, but had to leave a review just to highlight something about Locks Online to any potential customers...
They are charging £8.95 and calling their service "Express delivery" but having ordered on Friday last week (after cut off so fair enough they it wont get sent until this week, no issue there) but I have been told that it will leave today (Tuesday) and won't arrive for 2 - 3 days.... FOR £8.95!!!
I have ordered 4 x lid stays, so not a big item, most couriers will easily offer a next day service for ALOT less than £8.95, that is clearly profiteering on delivery charges and completely wrong in my book!
I also want to add that their website clearly shows my item as "in stock", 153 of them in fact when I ordered, yet the CS rep told me that they order them from their supplier then forward them on, hence it taking 2 days for it to even be sent. That is just out and out lying.
