I bought a black purse right before Christmas and used less than a month and the lining started tearing. I took it back to Dillards department store and because it was about a week over 30 day return would not take it back. They gave me an email not a phone number to contact Lodis. Never heard from them after attempting to contact them. I ended up canceling my Dillards card I had for many years over this. Other Dillards stores said they would have let me return it. They made me feel like I was to blame for cheap lining. I have purses I’ve had for years and have never had this problem.
I will never buy this brand again.
