I returned a purse I bought from them and every time I contact them to ask about my refund they say they are sorry about the delay and that in 24 hours I should be getting my refund but haven't gotten anything yet, I just tried to contact them again but now they don't answer the e mails or messaging from their web anymore. Should I report them?
