I bought a wallet and paid 14.99 for shipping. The wallet arrived and smelled terrible. I tried airing it out but it is a strong odor. I wrote to
Lodis and no answer. I wrote again and they said they’d replace it. I asked them to pay return shipping. They never responded. I asked them a 2nd time. Crickets. I wrote them this morning and told them to refund my money and have not heard back. I do not know what is going on with them but I am talking basic customer service and standing behind your product. I have purchased 2 other wallets and card cases from them over the last 20 years.
