Ordered a purse and wallet from Lodis.com - within 3 hours of placing the order (before order confirmation email) I emailed them to cancel the order. They immediately responded and asked for a reason, which I gave. They then proceeded to email me back stating, no problem, they would cancel the order, or I could just return the items if they were not to my liking. I asked again to return- with no response. the items arrived, I immediately emailed to do a return and then went through the process, asking why I wanted to return. I told them it was due to item quality - the purse and wallet were horrible quality. That was 1 week ago, with me emailing daily, with no response
