There are many Keto friendly companies out there and often its pot luck if the product(s) are any good. I’ve had “cakes” that had all the moisture of a raffia mat!.. not so with Lo-Dough. All 3 of the cake bars are delicious to the point you have to question if they really are low sugar :) - the breadcrumb mix is great, and the brownie mix is as good as a “real” one. The only product i have yet to master, are the bases. They really must be cooked, toasted or baked and you need a moist filling otherwise they can be dry and tatsteless, but hey, they do the job. Just get creative!
