It is low calorie but small & thin would account for half of it. A bit like the weight watchers ready meals so small no wonder you loose weight. OK it's a start but not sure if I will buy again. Some people at SW love them & rate really highly. My personal experience was one of a bit if a disappointment, but not terrible.
