Just about passable as a pizza base, more like a spongy tortilla wrap. I topped it like a pizza and cooked it per instructions and it was a bit like a stale poppadum in consistency. The edges that weren't topped had gone crunchy but airy like a Quaver crisp and the covered area was soft. I'm yet to try them as a wrap (i think it will be better) and going to try it like a quesadilla too.
