I regularly make pizzas with a tortilla base so thought I'd give these a try. They have a rather foamy/spongey texture to them but crisp up on the outer edges. The fibre content was impressive though and one was very filling without causing the bloated feeling you can get with a regular base. Overall, the taste was better than expected and if you're gluten intolerant, they're one of the better options out there but not sure if I'd purchase again given the price point and shipping costs. If I did it, would be purely down to the impressive fibre content which at nearly 10g per base without any nasty tummy reactions was pretty amazing
