Excellent pizza base /wrap alternative. LO-dough is very versatile and I’ve enjoyed trying new ways to use it when have time. Every week I make it into pizza as it’s so quick, easy and healthy to add 3 portions of veg, some cheese a few olives and maybe a bit of ham too and instead of a rare treat it’s a weekly decent meal that’s a joy to have.
