The bases are a good sub for wraps or pizza bases, but I've yet to try them blitzed down. The one point deduction is purely down to the dry texture, and this makes the bases quite hard to stick together if (for example) I want to create a pasty of some sort. However, they're a lot better than the 'best ever' claims of other manufacturers or recipe-writers!!
My fave home-cooked recipe is a chicken shwarma salad wrap!
