I have it because it is convenient and healthy.
It doesn’t taste good, it smells bad too. I wouldn’t choose it if I had a better option. However, it is edible, and I am on subscription because is convenient, low calories, gluten free, high in fibre i.e healthy. I just use it for wraps sometimes pizzas and quiches.
