Absolutely love them! have one most days now and started making quiche to, so lovely and with a salad that a perfect meal and so low calories and healthy!!
Pic was the quiche i made for one for my lunch today, in a lasagne dish! Low fat cheese, ham and cherry tomato - Yum!!
