It’s a really good idea and I used my lo dough to make pizza, which turned out great. It’s definitely better than using a tortilla wrap as it some how feels more substantial in structure once cooked (it’s light as a feather from packaging). I would only use my lo dough for pizza tho, the texture on its own (not crisped up in the oven) doesn’t really float my boat. But overall I would recommend for sure.
