I was very pleasantly surprised that when I made my 'healthy pizza' it actually tasted like pizza. I was impressed with the quality as you could actually hold a slice which I find you cannot do using a wrap as a pizza base.
I cant wait to try and make other healthy alternatives using lo dough.
