Wasn't Sure what to expect after reading other mixed reviews, But having baught it and cooking with it , I made really nice Enchalada's and Pizza's from it , The Lo-Dough is pretty much flavorless and the texture is bit dry kinda like cardboard , As someone who is wheat and gluten intolerent and IBS they were easy on the stomach .
They may not be perfect and a bit expensive but they are good and worth a try :)
