I love the Lo-Dough as it helps me to satisfy my pizza craving while contest prepping. The only issue is that I am hungry again after an hour. So I would advice if doing a Pizza with moderate amount of cheese and other toppings to have a porting of protein like chicken or any other source with a bowl of salad. I am definitely buying again and I have got my eyes on the brownies as well.
