So far, I've only tried doing a pizza and really enjoyed it. I was a bit tentative with browning the lo-dough at first, but once the pan got really hot it was fast. The texture when freshly-cooked was excellent, but as it cooled it was less pizza-like to my taste - eat them hot! Looking forward to trying some of the other options.
