It makes a great pizza base, similar to using a flour tortilla but without the carbs and calories. It would be good if they did them in a rectangles this would be much easier for making lasagne & toasted sandwiches. Just as easy for pizza is it's rectangular.
It doesn't taste of much, but rubbed all over with garlic & topped with slices tomato, pepper, onions cheese & oregano it was really delicious
