Lo dough seemed too good to be true - low cal, high fibre, low carb?? could it possibly taste good too? Well it seems the answer to that is in the recipe - lo dough on it's own (as a pie top for example) is quite plain and very light tasting - like a large rice cracker but as a pizza base, pie cup (when wetted down with sauce) or a pasty casing it's very nice and good replacement to ordinary dough. The Brownie mix is lovely, ridiculously easy to make and makes a good number of brownies which will keep you going for a week, or longer if you freeze them - yummy!
(note to LoDough personnel - since purchasing Lo Dough I have received far too many marketing emails, some of them are interesting but it's more than 1 a day, 1 a week is pushing it in my opinion, please tone this down for new customers - feel free to remove this comment, but please don't ignore it)
