The spongy texture was a surprise initially. Once I was used to it I’ve found LoDough an invaluable aid to my low carb lifestyle, and It has helped me put my T2 diabetes into remission.
For a packed lunch I use LoDough as a wrap- fillings such as cream cheese and smoked salmon or egg mayo work well. Fillings do need to be moist I’ve found.
I love LoDough Pizza too and much prefer it to a soggy, heavy bread base pizza now.
