At the outset I wanted to look at the range of options for insulation, boarding, access ladders and wall elements and these were provided quickly in a helpful itemised set of quotes. The surveyor is great at interpreting your requirements. The installation team are speedy but very neat and thorough, and all very friendly and polite. Living in south London, I wondered if the travel distance might result in some delays, but the team always arrived early and eager to get on with the job. Existing flooring and other material was disposed off without fuss. The work is to an excellent standard and the company specify good quality materials. The office staff are great, friendly and helpful and quickly got quotes and invoices to us. Thank you very much for the excellent workmanship.
