I ordered a table and chairs online from Loft with a 28-day lead time, which is fine. I also ordered the additional assembly service. However, I didn't hear back from them after I placed my order. Two weeks later, I contacted them by email and was told that they would contact me once they had a delivery date. Weeks passed and I still hadn't heard back from them. I sent 1, 2, 3 more emails, but still no response. After almost 2 months, I called them and they basically told me that they had the table and chairs in stock and they scheduled the delivery for the following day. Finally, the table and chairs were delivered. The quality looks just okay, but I'm not sure if the price was worth it. To make matters worse, the delivery guys didn't know that the assembly was included and they just left the items. So, I had to call them (twice) to request a refund of the installation fee. Overall, I am very disappointed with Loft's customer service. I had to chase them down to get what I ordered, and the quality of the furniture does not worth the price. However I have to say that the people talked to were kind but I won't be ordering from Loft again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
