Excellent customer service throughout My install from communication by Richard and his team the surveyor Nathan and his good advice on what would suit me and my budget very patient as i asked alot of questions and he was happy to explain. The perfect intallation of raised boarding and relocate loft hatch with ladder by Rob and Stu who were such hard workers took half a day to install after arriving early and on time .Did a fantastic job and left the place immaculate even hoovered up the dust everywhere.Richard always answered any queries as did his receptionist.I had my quote a few months in advance in order to save for it Richard was happy to accomodate this and no qualms or fuss when i had to change dates and ask for my quote to be resent.He answered all my queries and was more than happy to provide all the advice he could never pushy and not chasing payment as soon as it was installed like some companies very trustworthy and respectable towards their customers.I also need to mention the great price of their packages as compared to some others i had to come and quote .They were prompt and beat the other companies i had over to quote.I am so glad i paid attention more to the postive reviews rather than the very view negative ones as i know from my own experience that they are probably unjustified as found Richard went above and beyond to make sure i was happy before and after install.His communication throughout was excellent.Thank you Richard and all involved in my install espeacially Rob and stu!
