I hired Logo Clutch 2 weeks ago; delighted with Christian’s initial telephone meeting; I upgraded to 5 x the original price, based on my meeting with Christian. I sent photos of work I had done and even a logo I had tried to make myself (hence hiring someone professional to capture my company correctly)x then I got an email from Owen assuring me he was my designer. Things were in his hands now. He would have something for Friday or Saturday . Friday I got my own design back, they just changed the ponytail. Then nothing. I called him Sunday 6 days into the process. Owen was clearly on “something” told me he would have something Monday. I responded immediston Friday saying the first logo was mine and I did not pay for them to regurgitate my work. He called me late Monday and at that point he had not even opened the file with all my photographs in it. I told him to look at them and call me back and we could go forward. Tonight at nearly 9pm the sent me 5 drawings essentially the same drawing in different colors. I told him I wanted my logo to show I was a woman business, that I did precision laser /wood/glass/ acrylic work. I wrote back saying how disappointed I am with their service, crickets so far. What a huge mistake from the wonderful first meeting with Christian and his warmth and enthusiasm to the “who cares attitude” of own what a huge disappointment. Tomorrow I will cancel the service to find another company who actually have people who care all the way through their company.
