At first, Logo Majesty was very convincing that they would give me a new website design and assist with Google SEO. After a month of back and forth with multiple requests for updates and issues (including they could not adjust the code to Shopify, they wanted me to change my domain, they wanted me to reroute my website to wordpress) they finally updated the website. Each status call prior to the website update also involved an upsell of items that I didn't need or request; including free business cards and a "reduced price" Google service to put other company ads on my website. Location: if you look at their Facebook page, it originated in Pakistan although they claim to be located in Utah or New York. When they accessed my website to update it, their IP was from Pakistan. They denied having any work done in Pakistan when asked, but just were testing access to all countries. I don't care if they're from Pakistan, but it makes it hard to trust. My sales rep changed his phone number while they were providing work and I had to call the "main office" to be transferred to him. His previous number had been disconnected. It was also peculiar when he misspelled his name in an email to me. After over a month of getting the revised website, when I attempted to make changes, I noticed that a lot of the coding had information that didn't pertain to my website at all; such as the sale of boats and other descriptions that were completely irrelevant to my website. If on shopify you're using a pirated code, they will discontinue your store. I stopped using the coding because it has obviously been copied from somewhere. Another flag was when I made payment to them it went to Sigma Communications which was explained to me as a credit card processor. When I asked Logo Majesty to fix areas with Lorem Ipsum, they agreed and never fixed it. When I asked, they said they fixed it already, which was 100% not true.
