Everything was fine until they tried to convince me that I needed to trademark my logos. They transferred me to a different "department." We discussed the transaction, they asked does that sound like something I want to do and said yeah I guess so...Because we had a transaction previously in the creation of the logos, these bastards kept my credit card information and went ahead and ran it. They have No attorney, the legal representative is a lie and was told so by the USPTO that registers Everything. I had to cancel my credit card in fear they'd incure more false charges. I addressed all my concerns and they just kept telling me everything was processing and it was a done deal. When I went on the USPTO site it was in my name with a jacked up address and number, with only one of Their email addresses as a way of contact from USPTO to trademark owner. I had to contact them myself and wait for them to prove i was the name listed as owner when they revealed they verified the attorney as fraudulent. The trademarking only cost $250 for each of 2 logos that were trademarked and they pocketed the rest of the $1900 they charged me for "attorney" fees, verification that my names were original...which is completely free on TESA search on USPTO site and registering within the US. It's a scam!!! USPTO doesn't offer 20 years, when they try to soothe you and say you will be dealing with the attorney from here on out, he doesn't call you or email you, he gets on that stupid site they like to get on with supposedly several people working to help you, which I think may all be the same person.
