After paying for their hosting services, I was bombarded with texts and calls pressuring me to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary website features, claiming my site was “out of compliance.” These fear tactics were relentless and exhausting. I had to push back constantly just to avoid being coerced into services I didn’t need. Then came the unauthorized charge. They took $1,500 out of my account for a service I did not approve. While they eventually reimbursed me, the situation was incredibly stressful and required persistent effort to resolve. The final straw? I paid for three years of hosting in February 2024, only to be told in December that my hosting had expired. When I provided proof of payment, I was met with conflicting excuses: first, that my hosting had expired, and later, that a “cyberattack” had forced them to move my site to another server.
