My name is Lily and I wanted to create a website with customised logos for my work as a Hypnotherapist. The logo designs received were great, so I decided to go ahead with a package where Logo Symmetry would build my website and also build Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter pages and do marketing through these pages. The website looks great but is non-functional, none of the links to contact or book appointments work at all. They did not build the social media pages – I ended up doing this myself and after that it took three months for them to update these links on the website. I have dealt with Mark Dennis/ Eric Cantona and a guy called David. Needless to say these are not real names. Every time I contact them they want more money to do what they were meant to have done. Thousands of pounds spent and no advertising/ no marketing and no working website. Many people have contacted me through Facebook and other social media advising that they tried to book or contact me through the site but nothing happened. This is appalling and makes me look bad, when in fact it is Logo Symmetry UK that have caused all the issues. These people are now avoiding my calls and contact – I want my site and assets and to go to a different company, one that will not scam me out of money and provide nothing that is supposed to have been provided. I have had no response and this is why I have to give this review. Avoid this company at all costs as they do not deliver what they say they will. I will keep updating this review week by week, if I receive any further contact from them.
