I just bought an account, where I found even more content (skins, blue essence, honor level, keys, etc.) than I payed for. Unluckily, I jumped into smurfing too early, got reported and banned. Even if that happened, I asked for help and Rachel answered extremely quickly, and having good answers. I got another account for free (intentionally having one skin from my main champion, which I thank her for) while also having greater content than what I payed for.
