This company overcharges for its services and locks - DO NOT USE THEM. You will be charged for a callout fee, £190 cost to "drill the lock" even if not required, labour of £100, £200-400 for a replacement lock that costs £30-£40 from the local hardware shop. Their locksmiths are aggressive and pushy. You can find reliable and trustworthy locksmiths elsewhere.
