Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by the staff member organising the queuing system at midday today. Shouting at me to move and telling me it’s my fault when I end up about 15 people further back in the queue because he decided to open the second queuing system but doesn’t organise the entry to it. Foul and abusive. People in the queue commenting they were quite shocked. All this in front of my bemused 3 year old grandson. He should be ashamed of himself. I certainly won’t be back whilst he’s on the door. Such a shame as other staff have always been so helpful there but this one bad apple...
