We placed an order on line and it had been confirmed together with the pickup agreed for yesterday morning. On arrival they could not locate the order. After waiting a while we were advised that they had sold out and our order could not be completed. There was no information as to whether it could be completed if at all! Obviously disappointed I find that we had traveled unnecessarily at a cost to us and as pensioners it was a cost we could ill afford. Obviously ordering on line is not reliable, and an altogether nasty experience. Date of experience: 29 April 2024
