Order placed 7/25, shipped 07/26. Will be delivered 08/01. And where is my 2 days shipping? Called customer service inquiries, got a rude agent told me impatiently: it is already shipped, she cannot do anything. I said this is a purchase of about $2500, and it is on the way for over 1 week? I asked if they can recall the package with UPS and refund. She said no because she does not have the package. Well, I don’t either. I did not like her attitude, and she hang up on me. Where is the customer appreciation? I called again, you know what? I got her again, I requested to talk to some other agent, she said other agents are all on the phone. I said I see why you are not on the phone, as you don’t like your job and you always hang up on customers. OMG.
