I typed out my new address. placed order. see order is still going to old address. After spending 10 minutes trying to find how to cancel/amend order online, then finding the 'message' function, I email to ask please cancel or amend to correct address. Told cannot as it's already been dispatched. According to the time of me placing order, and me raising the issue, it was 23 minutes. No way of cancelling, amending, requesting a refund. Nothing. I wouldn't be so mad if I hadn't DELETED the old address. It wasn't even my last used address. Zero customer service and no help whatsoever with the issue which was an issue with the companies site because I did not enter my address incorrectly. Oh also - the prices are higher on the site than in store (UK), so you think you're getting a deal with the 'discount'.
