My husband wanted to get me a gift voucher for my birthday, he had to buy 4 separate ones because he couldn’t just buy one to that total. Then when I went to spend them I could only use one at a time. Each time I was charged postage even though the total came to over the free postage. I ended up paying twice the value of the vouchers just so I could be done with the company and use the vouchers. I wanted the order cancelled with in minutes when I realised this when I used first vouchers. They wouldn’t allow me. Back and forth I was asking for a refund and why were they still charging me postage. I couldn’t bear it anymore and just spend the vouchers and washed my hands of them. They treat a gift card like it’s a discount code so even though you ve just paid it’s not seen as value. Horrible company. These people need to be put in their place. Absolute crooks, getting away with this for years.
