So I ordered Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidee Vanille (which smells divine btw) off this site - it was £63 including shipping which I was pleasantly surprised by. I waited the 5 days for shipping and then was emailed on the evening before the item should have been delivered, that they have cancelled my order and refunded me. Apparently there was an internal error and they no longer have this item in stock. However, I’m on the site as of right now and the perfume is definitely in stock - price increased. I would have still purchased this item at the new price it is at now however, the fact I have been lied to and told it was an error with stock when really it’s clear that the error was with that they hadn’t priced it high enough I will never purchase from this site again. I don’t like liars. And even if their was an internal error with the pricing, honour what you have advertised. It says “cancelled at your request” but I didn’t request this cancellation.
