We were flying sat 21 May we had confirmation on the Thursday to remind us of our meet and greet .we had to park in the free zone and meet them there .they did not answer the phone when we tried to inform them we were 20 min away. 14 phone calls later and 30 min late we had 1 hr 30 min till our flight he picked the phone up and said our parking was cancelled by email last week and our money was refunded. No trace of an email and no money refunded it cost us another £140 for parking and taxis not to mention a near heart attack with all the late minute panic. Don’t use this firm our taxi lady said they have been taking cars and parking them in Mc Donald’s and on back streets .
