I booked meet and greet parking with Looking4Parking and was disappointed when the confirmation email arrived to state that, due to my travel dates (which, naturally, I had disclosed before I got the quote), there would be a £10 surcharge, payable to the driver upon arrival. I then contacted customer services to ask to cancel the booking as these charges were not made clear before I made it, and was told that there would be a £9.95 cancellation fee, as I had not purchased the upgrade to free cancellations. I had to contact my credit card provider to file a dispute and they cancelled and refunded the payment to Looking4Parking. I would not book with these crooks again.
