They damaged storage box on the dashboard. Why they been looking there anyway? Looking for some coins? ?? They left it damaged without any explanation! !! During the booking process there is no info about extra charges like 9£ for entry (stansted) to short stay car park. I'm strongly not recommending this rubbish company at all! !! Ones arrived I have been waiting for driver over 20 min regardless he told me over the phone prior arriving: " I'm already waiting for you". Pretty similarly on my way back. Called them ones ready to go (pass the custom collected luggage ). Driver said: see you in 10 min. Arrived 25
