Used this company to book parking for Liverpool Airport. Arrived to find the car park closed, none of the numbers on the confirmation email worked and had no alternative but to book another on the spot at a charge of £163.99. Contacted customer services on return to be told they had emailed me to advise of this months earlier and had changed my booking. unfortunately this had gone into my spam and I hadn't seen it. They claimed to have emailed me 24 hours prior to departure and sent proof of this. This proof showed an email sent 4 hours after my departure. They should have a better system in place if a booking is changed by them, ie read receipt required or contact by phone as number is required on booking. Half hearted apology, but basically saying it was my fault , not sure I can be blamed for not reading an email sent 4 hours after my departure. Told no refund, £163.99 out of pocket. Lesson learnt, won't use them again!!
