Made a Booking for the 6th of may when I booked on there website there was a system error when the booking was made, when I arrived at Manchester airport for parking I was told there was no record of my booking, the guy at Manchester airport let me in and said I can try sort it out when I get in, I check my booking in my email when I got in and released it was booked for the day I made the booking, I tried to call the company but no luck as you have to email which is very poor if you need to speak to someone asap, so I phoned Manchester airport and explained to them they told me I couldn't take the car back out now as I was in departure lounge, so I emailed the looking 4 parking to ask what had happened they just put the blame on me and said I must now pay Manchester airport £560, I rang Manchester airport again to explain and they don't want to no because they said it was booked through a third party company so I must pay them £560, I did ask them you never explain that to me when you let me in to park with no itinerary or reference number, so I think I've been scammed by both parties.
