Our flight was delayed by 90 minutes and when we called the number to return our vehicle they said it would be an additional £10 on top of the fee that we would have to pay to exit the car park. We begrudgingly agreed to this on the understanding we were provided with a receipt . When our vehicle arrived he was aware to charge us £10 but knew nothing of providing us with a receipt. He called his boss who said it would be sent electronically. Didn’t want to stand and argue about this as it would only cost us more to stay in the car park. I seriously believe this was a scam and the money was pocketed Furthermore we still had to wait around in the cold for 30 minutes for then to deliver the vehicle so no real benefit time wise than just parking offsite yourself
