Wish I had read the reviews before booking. Called as requested when we collected our luggage, got cut off twice and once we got through they said that the car would be at the collection point in 30 mins - it wasn't! we waited 45mins for the car. Got our car at 4am and then got a text at 11.07am to say welcome back and call them when we cleared customs to collect our car. Meet and Greet! what a laugh! I will never use them again.
